Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer to handle quantity surveying, estimation, billing, measurements, cost control, and commercial activities for building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
- Prepare Client RA Bills, Contractor/Subcontractor Bills based on site measurements.
- Verify measurements from drawings and actual site work.
- Prepare Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and Bill Summaries.
- Check executed quantities against approved drawings and BOQ.
- Prepare Material Reconciliation, Variation, Extra Item, and Deviation Statements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity calculations.
- Prepare estimates for civil and finishing works.




- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
- Verify subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Planning and Project teams for progress measurement and billing.
- Maintain records of BOQs, measurements, bills, variations, and work orders.
- Prepare billing and cost-related MIS reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of client and contractor bills.

Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience 5-8 years of relevant experience in QS & Billing for building construction projects.
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, apartments, hotels, hospitals, industrial buildings, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
