Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, highly available, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises and hybrid environments to AWS.
- Develop reference architectures, cloud governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Design network architectures including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Direct Connect, VPN, and Load Balancers.
- Implement cloud security controls, identity management, encryption, and compliance requirements.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Application, and Infrastructure teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
- Design disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using AWS-native and third-party tools.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for cloud adoption and operational excellence.




- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on cloud infrastructure initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT Infrastructure experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS cloud solutions.
- Strong expertise in AWS core services and cloud architecture principles.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
- Robust understanding of AWS networking, security, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.
- Experience implementing high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
