Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Find active and passive tech candidates on job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Screening: Evaluate technical skills, experience, and communication via phone or video calls.
- Visas & Tax: Manage candidates on US statuses like H1B, OPT, Green Card, and Citizens under W2, C2C, or 1099 terms.
- Pipeline: Coordinate interviews and maintain records in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, EAD, GC) and tax models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Shift: Comfortable working US night shifts (EST/PST time zones).
- Skills: Solid English communication and negotiation skills.
