Description:

Key Responsibilities:Operation and Maintenance of Telecom Tower Sites (BTS, DG Sets, SMPS, Battery Bank, AC Units)

Preventive and Corrective maintenance of all passive infrastructure at tower sites

Handling power failures, DG alarms, and ensuring 99.9% site uptime

Monitoring sites through NOC / alarm portal and taking immediate action

Coordination with EB Department, Field Technicians and Vendor teams

Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting - MTTR, downtime, fuel consumption, EB bills

Site audits, safety checks and maintaining site hygiene & security

Troubleshooting of electrical faults in panels, SMPS, PIU and battery banks

Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma or B.Tech in EEE / ECE only

Minimum 4+ Years experience in Telecom Tower O&M; / Passive Infra MaintenanceStrong knowledge of Electrical maintenance, DG Sets (5KVA - 25KVA), Battery Bank, SMPS

Willing to work in field / rotational shifts / 24x7 on-call support
