- Configure and support Onboarding 2.0 process flows, templates, workflows, and task lists.
- Design and maintain Onboarding Data Model (ODM), triggers, and business rules.
- Configure Recent Hire, Rehire, Internal Hire Transfer, and Offboarding processes.
- Manage integrations with Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Compensation.
- Configure Adobe Sign/DocuSign, document generation, and e-signature processes.
- Provide L2/L3 AMS production support and troubleshoot workflow, task, email, and integration issues.
- Support CPI/middleware-based integrations and data migration activities.
- Handle quarterly release impact analysis and regression testing.
- Manage UAT, go-live, hypercare, enhancements, and change requests.
- Maintain configuration workbooks, SOPs, KB articles, and process documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 support teams.
