- Coordinate with self-help groups (SHGs) to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for entrepreneurship growth.
- Conduct field visits to monitor SHG activities, provide guidance on sales techniques, and facilitate market linkages.
- Mobilize communities by organizing training programs, workshops, and events to promote livelihood skills among women.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to create a conducive workplace for SHGs' operations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in community mobilization or related fields such as cluster coordination or field coordination.
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurship development, including microfinance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders at the grassroots level.
