Hiring for experienced and customer-focused professionals for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and experience in an international voice/customer service workplace.
Role & responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, cancellations, changes, and other service requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel products, policies, and processes.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions within defined guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow defined SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments for issue resolution.
- Achieve defined performance parameters such as Quality, CSAT, AHT, and productivity.
- Handle international customers professionally while maintaining a positive and courteous approach.
- Meet individual and team targets consistently.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO / International Voice Process preferred.
- Experience in Travel, Airlines, Hospitality, OTA, or Travel Customer Support will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling international customers over the phone.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Gurgaon/Gurugram office.
