1. To check the stock of goods as per the requirement of the customer (Export /Local), making the demand form of the goods and sending it to the procurement department for the purchase process.
2. To receive and inspecting the material, to make GRN, and reporting to Q.C Dept. for sampling procedures.
3. To maintain GRN, Inward register and Q.C. intimation for sampling process.
4. To maintain cleaning record of Rm store area.
5. To maintain cleaning record of sampling booth & equipment, Dispensing booth and equipment solvent booth & equipment after each dispensing and sampling process.
6. To check Raw material purchase bill against PO and forward to account dept for payment process.
7. To make and update all SOPs and format Required for raw material store dept.
8. To update the Vendor list.
9. To maintain Vendor Details File like Vendor Analytical Report, material pharmacopeia, vendor mfg. licenses, product approval, MSDS etc. details, for Trading & regulatory document.
10. To dispense Raw material for production/R&D; dept. & Maintained Data sheet record.

To maintain daily line clearance record of equipment.
12. To monitor Retest record of raw material and maintain Raw material Retest Register.
13. To maintain Raw material Returned Goods record & make the required document like Debit & Credit note for A/c dept.
14. To make material rejection and material destroyed record & documentation.
15. To monitor store material stock & maintained monthly stock statement forward to account dept.
16. To monitor daily Record like Humidity & temperature, RLF Pressure, Instrument Calibration.
17. To monitor instrument calibration due date, monthly /Quarter and Yearly and inform to maintenance dept for further process.
18. To procure materials in case the HOD is absent.
19. To price the material, in consultation with the director, then purchasing material from the seller and making the material available for production.
20. To Monitor worker personal hygiene & give them training as per SOPs.
