Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Platform Architect with expertise in Machine Learning,

Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and cloud-native engineering to design, develop and

operationalize enterprise AI solutions for Infrastructure, Cloud and Application Managed

Services (AMS). The role requires end-to-end ownership from architecture and

development to deployment, monitoring and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solution architectures.
- Develop production-grade AI applications using Python, FastAPI/Flask and REST APIs.
- Build LLM, RAG, AI Agent and multi-agent solutions.
- Design cloud-native AI platforms on Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring and governance.




- Integrate AI with ServiceNow, Jira, observability and enterprise platforms.
- Mentor engineering teams and lead architecture/design reviews.
- Drive AI solutions for Infrastructure, Cloud and Application Managed Services.
