Store Executive Background: The Munger Dairy Plant currently manufacturing Pouch Milk, Pouch Curd, bucket curd, Lassi (which is having 3 variant), Mishti Doi. Surplus milk is also being converted into Butter & Ghee and Milk Powder (SMP & WMP). Earlier, this dairy used to process milk to convert it into ghee and Powder. But work load increases heavily with the launching of Pouch Milk, Pouch Curd, Bucket Curd, Lassi of 3 Variants and Mishti Doi.

A mature and experienced store executive is needed to manage all the raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, consumables and chemicals.

Justification: We were having store executive since plant inception 2014. In 2019 major volume of pouch milk shifted to CMU, Hajipur and Retail ghee manufacturing shifted to SK Dairy, Hosur. Then in Munger Dairy Plant Pouch Milk volume reduced drastically and side by side other products manufacturing also reduced. In line to optimize the fixed cost management decided to move store executive. Same time Management has given a fixed SPP as store executive to maintain the activities of store.



But in Mar22 there is expansion in the plant and started production of Pouch Dahi, Bucket Dahi, Lassi (3 variants) and Misti Doi along with Pouch Milk, Butter & Ghee and Milk powder. The handling of Packaging materials, raw materials, finished goods, consumables and chemicals also increase. We have tried to manage stores operation with the help of the fixed SPP, but facing challenges and same time going forward plan to add more products in the plant as well.

Hence, we need more experienced and mature store executive to manage store Operation to get the desired output.

Recommendation: As per Role requirement we have to take store executive with min. 5 years of experience in managing similar kind of store operation.

Please note, the Store Executive will be taking care of entire store operation of the plant.
