Python Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role involves hands-on development, solution design, technical leadership, team mentoring, and client/stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and development of Python-based applications and microservices.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Drive technical decisions, code reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
- Design and deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects, BAs, and Project Managers for end-to-end delivery.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, and technical presentations.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience in Python 3.x.
- Experience with FastAPI / Django / Flask and REST API development.
- Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Microservices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus and API integrations.
- Experience with PyTest/Unit Testing.

Experience

- 6- 10 years of software development experience with at least 1 year in a Technical Lead role.
- Experience in enterprise application development and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
