Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models using SQL to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
- Provide expert-level support in Power BI development, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Create and manage bulk upload templates to streamline data processing.
- Analyze and present data insights through MIS dashboards to stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Power BI tools.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex data models for large-scale projects.
- Experience in data reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
