We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Helpdesk, OTL, or ORC modules (any one is mandatory) to lead and support implementations, configurations, and client engagements.

Role Requirements:

6–12 years of domain expertise across the HiretoRetire lifecycle Minimum 5 endtoend HCM implementations (including 2+ with HCM Cloud)

Handson experience in OTL / ORC / Helpdesk for US customers

Robust skills in Configurations, Approval Workflows, Journeys, Security & Role Configuration

Indepth knowledge of HCM Cloud processes and data flows

Clientfacing experience in workshops, design, testing, and golive

Excellent communication, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills

Leadership capability with planning, mentorship, and work allocation responsibilities
