Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Medical Scriptwriter with a strong health-science background and excellent storytelling skills. The candidate will create scientifically accurate, engaging and consumer-friendly content focused on Liver Health, Fatty Liver, Metabolic Health, Insulin Resistance, Weight Management and Nutrition.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand scientific research and convert complex medical information into simple, engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, founder-led videos, carousels and performance content.

Key Responsibilities

- Research topics related to liver health, fatty liver, insulin resistance, metabolic health, weight management, nutrition and wellness.
- Write engaging short-form video scripts in English, Hindi and Hinglish.
- Create strong hooks, storytelling formats, analogies and pattern interrupts.
- Simplify complex scientific information without compromising accuracy.
- Develop educational content around symptoms, mechanisms, myths, tests, ingredients and lifestyle.
- Write 3050 short-form scripts per month, depending on complexity.
- Build recurring content series and multiple creative angles for different consumer problems.
- Reference credible clinical studies, review papers and medical sources.
- Work closely with medical researchers, category, creative and performance teams.
- Incorporate medical, regulatory and legal feedback.




- Ensure responsible communication without exaggerated claims, fear-based messaging or disease-treatment claims.
- Analyse content performance including watch time, retention, saves, shares and engagement to improve future scripts.

Candidate Profile

- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related health-science field.
- 3–5 years of experience in medical content, health communication, nutraceuticals, pharma, health-tech, diagnostics, wellness or consumer health.
- Solid understanding of scientific research and clinical papers.
- Proven experience in medical writing, health content or short-form video scripting.
- Excellent English with strong conversational Hindi/Hinglish.
- Strong storytelling and consumer communication skills.
- Understanding of social media content, hooks and audience retention.
- Knowledge of responsible health claims and nutraceutical communication.
- Ability to work with doctors, nutritionists, researchers or subject matter experts is preferred.
