- Manage daily banking operations, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies in accounts and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to banking transactions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-16 years of experience in a similar role within the NBFC industry.
- Robust knowledge of BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) preparation and review.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
