Job Description

We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct
- initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
- Negotiate offers and assist in successful candidate closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.




- Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
- Stay updated with the latest US IT technologies and hiring trends.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
