Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for operations (VOB, AR, RCM) and support teams.
- Develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and screening processes.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and induction sessions for new hires.
- Partner with functional leads to define workforce plans and hiring metrics.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems in HRMS- Keep HRMS updated (Keka).
- Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation.
- Manage payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.), and vendor liaison.
- Maintain accurate HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, etc.).

3. Performance Management

- Support implementation of appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback frameworks.
- Maintain performance trackers, incentive plans, and promotion recommendations.
- Work with management to identify training and development opportunities.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building





- Design and execute employee engagement calendar (festivals, events, rewards, CSR).
- Build internal communication frameworks (HR newsletters, announcements, surveys).
- Champion company values and help create a cooperative, high-performance culture.

5. Strategic HR Initiatives

- Support leadership on org design, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
- Evaluate HR tech tools for automation and analytics (attendance, appraisal, payroll).
- Develop diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives aligned with company vision.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in BPO, or RCM (US Healthcare Organizations).
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
