Job Summary:

Next Gen Software Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for India-based IT requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures against open positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Indian IT recruitment market, excellent sourcing and screening skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring needs from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and professional suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, interview feedback, and pipeline status in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate follow-up until joining.
- Ensure selected candidates successfully complete the joining process.




- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and fulfil positions within defined timelines.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality submissions.
- Work on niche, difficult-to-find, and urgent requirements.
- Utilize AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment efficiency.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipeline updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4–6 years of experience in Domestic/India IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Good understanding of Indian salary structures, notice periods, locations, and hiring practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working on niche and challenging technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/recruitment management systems.
- Experience using AI tools for recruitment and candidate sourcing is an added advantage.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the recruitment team.
