AllHome is scaling fast and we are looking for a young dynamic on this journey. A driven qualified with a proven track record in high-growth D2C companies, ideally with hands-on exposure to strategy and fundraising, and a track record of working closely with founders and leadership teams.

Job Responsibilities:

M&A;: Sourcing, Evaluation & Execution:
* Track market trends, sector developments and identify high-potential partnership targets aligned to AllHomes strategic roadmap.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of brand-led businesses across categories.
* Lead end-to-end deal execution including financial modeling, synergy analysis, commercial due diligence inputs.
* Coordinate due diligence efforts (Legal, Tax, Financial) with internal and external advisors.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and targets finance, legal, and operations on deal closure and post-acquisition integration planning.
* Manage relationships with bankers, consultants, advisors, target business team.

Business Planning, Reviews & Performance Management:
* Partner with brand founders to develop annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and long-term business strategies.
* Build monthly management dashboards, track performance against KPIs,



and highlight actionable insights.
* Drive monthly performance reviews and deep-dive analyses for acquired brands + actionables on strategic path.

Fundraising & Investor Relations:
* Support leadership on fundraising: pitch decks, data room creation, investor pipeline tracking, and Q&A; handling during diligence.
* Conduct investor benchmarking, sector mapping, and business case articulation.
* Maintain investor dashboards and contribute to monthly/quarterly board updates and stakeholder communications.
* Work on long-term capital planning and scenario modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience in strategy, M&A;, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, Financial Diligences & Modelling.

* Strong financial modeling, valuation, presentation and analytical skills.

* Experience in consumer sectors (home, lifestyle, retail, D2C) preferred.

* Comfortable working in high-growth, unstructured environments.

* Strong communication skills able to work with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders.

* Ability to independently manage multiple projects, with a bias for action.
