Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong ODM / Electronics Hardware Manufacturing hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring professionals for electronic hardware manufacturing, design, engineering, and operations functions.

Candidates with experience hiring for organizations such as Flex, Flextronics, Foxconn, Jabil, Sanmina, Wistron, Pegatron, or similar ODM/EMS/electronics manufacturing organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for ODM and electronics hardware-related positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, qualified networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Hire for hardware engineering, electronics, manufacturing, NPI, quality, supply chain, and related functions.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant talent from the ODM/EMS ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche hardware positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial evaluation.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback,



offer management, and joining.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate databases.

Preferred Experience

- Proven experience in ODM / EMS / Electronics Hardware Manufacturing recruitment.
- Experience hiring for electronic boards, PCBs, electronic components, manufacturing, hardware engineering, or related functions.
- Understanding of hardware manufacturing and electronics industry talent pools.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience working on niche and high-volume technical hiring will be an advantage.
