~ Manage day-to-day operations across quick commerce platforms.
~ Drive operational efficiency, order fulfilment, inventory availability and service levels.
~ Coordinate with dark stores, warehouses, delivery partners and internal teams.
~ Monitor key metrics including fill rate, OTIF, cancellations, inventory accuracy and productivity.
~ Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
~ Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Category, Warehouse and Technology teams.
~ Analyse operational data and prepare performance dashboards/reports.
~ Ensure smooth execution of launches, promotions and peak-period operations.
Ideal Candidate
* 4–10 years of experience in handling Quick Commerce Operations.
* Experience in handling end-to-end operations in terms of product listing, Order fulfilment, Inventory planning with Dark stores & PO negotiation with Buyer KAMs.
Solid
* Understanding of dark-store operations, inventory management and fulfilment.
* Excellent analytical, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
