We are looking for passionate Fashion Consultants to join KALKI Fashion and deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Recommend outfits and provide personalised styling advice.
- Drive individual sales targets, conversion, ATV and UPT.
- Handle bridal, couture, ethnic and occasion-wear customers.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, appointments and pending purchases.
- Support cross-selling and upselling across collections.
- Coordinate with Stock and Alteration teams for smooth customer service.
- Maintain excellent grooming, product knowledge and store standards.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in fashion, ethnic wear, bridal, luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused personality.
