Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Advanced expertise in designing, maintaining, and auditing complex MIS reports to deliver high-integrity business analytics
- Proven track record of leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Power Query to build automated, end-to-end reporting solutions
Experience & Competencies
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant, hands-on Excel and data analytics expertise.
- Adept at mapping complex client business workflows and engineering efficient, scalable data structures
- Skilled in translating complex data into transparent, actionable visual insights for senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Strategic Insights
- Trend Analysis: Extract, present, and analyze data to identify and provide actionable operational and business recommendations.
- Executive Reporting: Share operational and client business trend observations directly with the Team Head and senior management.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze overall team and individual performance, providing key, data-backed performance metrics.
Dashboard Automation & System Building
- Tool Development: Build automated systems that pull data directly from Metrics, data dump and client workflow tools to generate invoices, significantly reducing manual entry errors.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain automated dashboards, boards, and comprehensive reports on the client portfolio.
Operational Support
- Volume Forecasting: Foresee incoming volume trends and make data-driven decisions to control or resolve any negative operational impacts.
- Talent Development: Share periodic feedback with team members and provide hands-on support to elevate their technical skill sets.
