Hiring: Sr. Manager Delivery & Operations / Delivery Manager

Location: Bengaluru – Work from Office
Experience: 8–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Sr. Manager – Delivery & Operations who can take complete ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery and revenue responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and RPO engagements.
- Drive recruitment strategies to ensure timely delivery, quality talent, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing recruitment teams.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Client Success teams.
- Track key recruitment metrics including TAT, Submission-to-Interview Ratio, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Joining Ratio, and overall delivery performance.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and post-joining support.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, market mapping, and talent communities.




- Maintain strong client relationships and provide hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment insights.
- Drive process improvement, operational excellence, quality standards, compliance, and automation.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Compliance, and Operations for seamless employee lifecycle management.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, business reviews, and operational performance reports to leadership.
- Support business growth through strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in Recruitment Delivery / Staffing Operations
Proven ability to manage recruitment teams and client relationships
Strong understanding of Permanent & Contract Staffing, Executive Search and RPO
Experience handling revenue / business delivery responsibility
Solid ownership of end-to-end job delivery and operational performance
