Key Responsibilities

- Identify competency and training gaps across retail, branch and field teams.
- Design and deliver product, sales, process, behavioural and refresher training.
- Develop training content, modules, assessments and learning materials.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs and coach frontline trainers.
- Work closely with Business, HR and Regional teams to improve employee capability and productivity.
- Conduct field visits to understand operational challenges and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and business performance metrics.
- Maintain training MIS and dashboards and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile

- 57 years of experience in retail/field training, preferably from an NBFC/MFI/BFSI.
- Robust understanding of retail lending, field sales, branch operations and collections.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in training frontline/field teams across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Graduate/MBA in HR, L&D; or Business Management preferred.
