Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting Hugcare Health Pvt. Ltd.'s mental health services, corporate wellness programs, counselling services, psychiatric services, internship programs, training courses, workshops, and healthcare initiatives. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the organization's growth through effective marketing and business development activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Promote Hugcare's services to individuals, institutions, corporate organizations, hospitals, schools, colleges, NGOs, and government organizations.
- Increase brand awareness through online and offline marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent brand representation in all promotional materials.
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

2. Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop relationships with corporate organizations, hospitals, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Generate qualified business leads.
- Convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

3. Corporate Client Acquisition

- Meet HR departments, management teams, and decision-makers to introduce Hugcare's corporate wellness services.
- Present proposals for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling services, wellness workshops, and psychological support programs.
- Follow up on corporate proposals until closure.
- Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

4. Field Marketing

- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, hospitals, clinics, schools, colleges, and organizations.
- Distribute brochures, company profiles, and promotional materials.
- Represent Hugcare at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and networking events.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

5. Campaign Management

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for counselling services, internships, workshops, awareness programs, recruitment drives, and corporate wellness initiatives.




- Coordinate promotional activities with the digital marketing and social media teams.
- Support event planning and promotional campaigns.

6. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

7. Market Research

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services.
- Recommend marketing improvements based on research findings.

8. Digital Marketing Support

- Coordinate with the Social Media and Creative teams to promote Hugcare services.
- Assist in creating marketing content for digital campaigns.
- Promote online events, webinars, and awareness initiatives.
- Support lead generation through digital platforms.

9. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain records of client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Track marketing performance and business development activities.
- Submit reports to management within specified timelines.

10. Partnership Development

- Develop collaborations with educational institutions, NGOs, hospitals, corporate organizations, and healthcare providers.
- Explore opportunities for Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and strategic partnerships.
- Support franchise and expansion initiatives as assigned.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Attend departmental meetings.
- Maintain accurate client and marketing records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned marketing activities.
- Support company events, workshops, seminars,



and awareness programs.

- Submit daily activity and visit reports.
- Report business opportunities and market feedback to management.

Pay: ₹9,858.86 - ₹18,000.00 per month
