Job Description – Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Designer who can transform ideas into finished, production-ready products. This role goes beyond graphic design—you will be responsible for designing products, preparing them for manufacturing, and bringing them to life using our UV printing and production equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product visualization, print production, material selection, and customer communication to ensure every product meets both design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Design customized products based on customer requirements and business needs.

* Create print-ready artwork optimized for UV printing, laser cutting, engraving, and * other production processes.

* Operate UV printing machines and ensure accurate, high-quality output.

* Develop new product concepts and prototypes, taking them from idea to finished product.

* Optimize designs based on machine capabilities, material limitations, print quality, and production efficiency.

* Coordinate directly with customers to understand design requirements, suggest improvements, and implement revisions.

* Prepare production files with proper dimensions, bleed, alignment, and color settings.





* Conduct quality checks before, during, and after production to maintain high standards.

* Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

* Research and introduce innovative product ideas, materials, and personalization techniques.

* Maintain organized design files, templates, and production records.

* Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of UV printing equipment.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and canva.

* Understanding of print production, and file preparation.

* Knowledge of UV printing, laser cutting, CNC, or similar digital fabrication technologies is preferred (can be trained)

* Strong product visualization and creative problem-solving skills.

* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Positive communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Willingness to learn new products, materials, and production technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
