- Design and deliver corporate training programs for soft skills, personality development, and communication training to clients across various industries.
- Develop customized learning materials, including presentations, workbooks, and assessments to meet client requirements.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge areas requiring improvement.
- Provide coaching support to clients on implementing newly acquired skills.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in corporate training or related field (L&D;).
- Robust expertise in developing curriculum for soft skills training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
