Role & responsibilities

- Export Execution: Manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Sea Freight & Shipment Management: Oversee sea freight bookings, monitor shipment schedules, and ensure cost-effective and timely dispatch of goods.

- Coordination with CHAs & Shipping Lines: Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth clearance and movement of export consignments.

- Container Load Planning: Plan and optimize container loads to maximize space utilization and minimize freight costs, ensuring cargo safety and compliance with shipping standards.

- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.



Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams (sales, production, finance) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of export orders.

- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs clearance.

Preferred candidate profile

- B-Tech, Supply Chain. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 3-6 years prior experience in Supply Planning/ Manufacturing/ Network management
- Solid understanding of international shipping procedures & documentation.
- Prior knowledge of demand planning / manufacturing process will have added advantage
