Job Summary

Atom Lifts India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Associate - Recruitment to join our HR team in Chennai. The candidate will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across different departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates for open positions.
- Screen profiles and evaluate suitability of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews across departments.
- Maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies across different departments.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition preferred.




- Experience in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, elevator, construction, technical, sales, or service industries will be an added advantage.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates and evaluate profiles effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of recruitment responsibilities.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
