2+ years of proven experience in field sales or client-facing roles

- Strong communication and persuasive skills

- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently

- Comfortable with travel and meeting sales targets

- Positive knowledge of local markets and customer behavior

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Preferred : MBA or diploma in Sales/Marketing

- Identify, approach, and convert potential customers through field visits

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients





- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM

- Travel extensively within the assigned territory

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and support

- Travel and daily allowance for fieldwork
