- To develop help establish a process-oriented billing/accounting/payment system for the company in consultation with senior accounting/commercial officers. It also includes personally executing and implementing each area of assignment given to you as per needs of the Company.
- Checking and accounting for branch operations i.e., project execution, Project Costing and Service related activities.
- Ensuring Invoices prepared raised are in line with Customers Purchase Orders Annual Maintenance Contracts, Measurement sheets and related documents, proper indirect taxations is charged on the Invoices in timely manner and should be accurate in calculations and correctly entered in systems.
- Preparing GST Invoice, E-Invoice and ensuring the correct details are used for the preparation for different states.
- Maintaining inventory records for materials utilised in project execution / service.
- Preparing Advance AMC details on monthly basis.
- Project wise cost accounting and material consumption records.
- Work in progress valuation for site works and service activities.
- Control of receivables /payable including ageing analysis.
- Assisting in Finalisation and drawing up of accounts for each individual cost centre/branch.
- Preparation of information in excel for monthly reporting for all cost centres/branches.
- Ensure the Invoice prepared and sent to Branches are submitted in time and acknowledgement received from them.
Experience : 3 yrs+ experience in manufacturing/engineering/HVAC industry
Education : Graduate
