Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong expertise in GCC setup and transformation initiatives, with the ability to support end-to-end workforce advisory engagements. Solid understanding of change management frameworks to enable smooth organizational and operating model transitions. Proven capability in designing employee experience strategies that align with workforce transformation objectives. Experience in solution building for workforce advisory programs, translating business needs into practical, scalable models.



Ability to apply advanced academic grounding in psychology, HRM, or management to support data-driven and people-centric advisory solutions.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Master of Arts in Psychology
- Master of Business Administration
- PhD in Psychology
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

- 6+ years in consulting
