The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating business through direct customer acquisition, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets for personal loan products. The role requires identifying potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining loan products, and ensuring a seamless loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, digital leads, and existing customer databases.
- Acquire new customers for personal loan products.
- Meet prospective customers and explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and loan benefits.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
regulatory guidelines, and KYC requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct promotional and lead-generation activities in the assigned territory.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or sales.
