About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to lead our distributor program. This role owns the complete distributor lifecycle from identifying and onboarding new distributors across India to driving consistent sales and building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and connect with potential distributors across assigned territories (Pan India)
* Convert company-provided leads and independently generate new distributor leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, and field visits
* Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales and onboarding targets
* Onboard current distributors onto the company's platform, ensuring smooth registration, documentation, and process setup
* Drive consistent sales volume through the onboarded distributor network
* Build, nurture, and maintain strong, progressive relationships with distributors to ensure retention and growth
* Act as the primary point of contact for distributors — resolving queries, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support




* Track distributor performance, market trends, and competitor activity; share insights with management
* Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarding status, and sales in CRM/reporting systems
* Collaborate with internal teams (operations, support, marketing) to ensure distributor success

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
* 2–5 years of experience in business development especially in distributor/dealer management
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong network-building and relationship management skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across India
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate leads proactively
* Comfortable working with digital platforms/CRM tools for onboarding and tracking
