Role & responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Workday Performance and Compensation modules.
- Design and support annual performance review cycles, goal management, talent reviews, and calibration processes.
- Configure compensation plans, compensation grades, merit increases, bonus plans, one-time payments, and eligibility rules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Configure and support Business Process Framework (BPF) related to Performance and Compensation.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics.
- Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Support Workday releases and assess impacts on existing configurations.

- Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Performance.
- Experience in global rollout projects.
- Exposure to Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, EIB, and Integrations.
