Job Description
- Responsible for managing assembly line operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are met with adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Supervise shift manpower and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Monitor equipment and process parameters to minimize downtime and defects.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain shift-wise production records and ensure smooth handover.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and other statutory requirements.




- Train and mentor operators and technicians for skill enhancement.

Qualifications / Personal Attributes
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in battery assembly or similar discrete manufacturing processes
- Robust understanding of assembly line operations, manpower planning, and shift management
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
