About the Role
Precision Group is looking for a motivated HRMS Intern to join our Corporate Shared Services team in Chennai. This is a full-time, unpaid internship offering hands-on experience in software testing and automation, with direct involvement in testing our Career Page and PIKA Chatbot.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate HRMS applications, the Career Page, and PIKA Bot.
- Conduct testing and report bugs clearly and effectively.
- Explore testing workflows and content validation approaches.
- Participate in requirement analysis to understand system functionalities and user needs.
- Document test cases, test results, and software documentation for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing initiatives and project goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve chatbot conversation flows and career portal usability.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Good documentation and bug-reporting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert requirements into test cases.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to HRMS projects, software testing, or QA internships.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks or testing tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all genders.
- Any graduate / postgraduate with a technical background (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, AI & Data Science, or related fields).
- Freshers are welcome; 01 year of relevant project/internship experience preferred.
