Job Responsibilities:

Lead overall execution of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to project engineers, senior engineers, and site teams.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple sites.

Monitor contractors, consultants, and vendors for performance and compliance with project specifications.

Establish and enforce construction quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance across projects.

Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, estimates, and execution plans.

Resolve critical technical and site-related challenges with effective solutions.

Coordinate with top management, architects, consultants, and government authorities for project clearances and approvals.

Drive cost control,



risk management, and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Mentor and develop engineering teams to build strong execution capabilities.

Key Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of real estate project execution, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders.

Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and monitoring.
