Solid understanding of change management frameworks to enable smooth organizational and operating model transitions. Experience in solution building for workforce advisory programs, translating business needs into practical, scalable models. Ability to apply advanced academic grounding in psychology, HRM, or management to support data-driven and people-centric advisory solutions.

Qualifications
- Master of Arts in Psychology
- Master of Business Administration
- PhD in Psychology
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management




- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience
- 6+ years in consulting
