- Manage day-to-day hospital maintenance and engineering operations.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and mechanical works.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical hospital utilities.
- Coordinate with AMC/CMC vendors and external service providers.
- Monitor equipment breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, statutory, and NABH requirements.
- Monitor maintenance costs, spares, and inventory.
- Supervise and guide maintenance staff and technicians.
- Support hospital audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities.
