In this exciting new career opportunity, you ll be reporting to the Dynamics Engineering Manager on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Test Engineer, you ll have a direct impact on delivering well-crafted solutions to technical problems as part of a cross-functional engineering team. Collaborating with our Innovation teams, you will:

- Analyze requirements and technical designs, contributing to test planning and applying shift-left testing practices
- Design, execute, and maintain manual tests, supporting defect investigation and ensuring software meets quality standards

- Monitor test results and defects, contributing to root cause analysis and release readiness assessments

- Develop and maintain automated tests as appropriate, alongside unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices

- Participate in code reviews and follow established engineering processes, ways of working, and documentation standards

- Support junior colleagues, promote testing best practices, and contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement

What Youll Offer

- Previous professional experience testing CRM platforms, with hands-on experience validating business processes, workflows, integrations, and data

- Advanced English proficiency

- Solid experience in manual software testing, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues and identify potential root causes





- Experience using testing and collaboration tools such as TestRail, Postman, Jira, Confluence
- Good understanding of API testing, SQL, and web-based applications, with an ability to work effectively with technical teams
