Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer (Revit MEP Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed HVAC designs and layouts using Revit MEP (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
- Prepare and coordinate HVAC drawings, schematics, and 3D models in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection.
- Collaborate with architects, structural, and electrical teams for coordinated design deliverables.
- Review design documents to ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant cleanroom standards.
- Support project execution from design to commissioning, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and support procurement with technical inputs.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems design, air distribution, and ventilation principles.
- Experience in cleanroom HVAC design (preferred).
- Good knowledge of international standards and codes related to HVAC systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, or cleanroom facility design.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
