Responsibilities

- Integrating Salesforce solutions with existing business applications to enhance operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing Salesforce customization and workflow processes to meet client needs
- Conducting integration analysis and architecture implementation for seamless Salesforce system integration
- Utilizing RESTful API and Salesforce APIs to facilitate data exchange and system interoperability
- Supporting middleware development to optimize Salesforce data architecture and integration
- Collaborating with teams to drive process automations and improve business integrations
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform Salesforce development and customization strategies
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity to adapt to evolving client requirements
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine integration solutions and client support strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree




- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs/ Vlocity, Omnistudio, Omniscripts, Flex card, Force.com. and Salesforce Customization
- Utilizing analytical thinking to navigate complex business integrations
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client support environments
- Developing Salesforce data architecture and integration solutions
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive process automations
