Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong corporate and recruiter relationships for campus placements.
- Arrange campus recruitment drives, internships, and industry interactions.
- Coordinate student placement activities and ensure placement readiness.
- Establish corporate tie-ups and expand industry collaborations.
- Maintain placement records, recruiter databases, and placement reports.
- Strengthen alumni engagement to create career and placement opportunities.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure the smooth execution of the placement process.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- A degree in Engineering or Management will be preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations,



or Campus Recruitment.
- Proven experience in achieving successful campus placements and establishing corporate tie-ups.
- Strong skilled network with recruiters, industries, corporate organizations, and alumni.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
