Job Description

Understanding Machining process of Manufacturing instructions

Drawing Study & Check CAD data

Prepare CNC program through manual & CAM

Check Program in simulation software

Cycle Time Optimization

Write and edit CNC programs manually using G-code/M-code for lathes, mills.

Prepare NCMI tool list

Troubleshooting issues during production

Desired Profile

Good working experience in CNC 2D & 3D programming using CAD/CAM software Milling & Turning, Preferably Mastercam

Experience in Milling & Turning Operations CNC Programming Strategies.

Well versed with CNC G Codes & M codes and Cuttign tools

Positive knowledge and ability in reading drawings and GD&T; symbols

Experiense and understanding complex machining process using special tools.

Experience

6 ~ 8 Yrs

Qualification

Diploma / B.E Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
