Role Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications built on Blazor and ASP.NET Core, providing technical leadership across both frontend and backend teams. Own architecture decisions, code quality, delivery execution, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end application development across Blazor UI and ASP.NET Core backend services.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Guide development teams through architecture, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Drive technical decision-making, performance optimization, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Mentor developers and establish development best practices and standards.
- Support release planning, estimation, risk management, and production issue resolution.
