- We are looking for a Head of IT who will own and develop our internal IT function.
- The main goal is to turn IT, Jira and InfoSec from separate service teams into one well-managed internal IT service: with clear ownership, transparent SLA, proper prioritization, business-value validation, security governance and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

- IT Service Delivery / HelpDesk
- Own HelpDesk service quality and SLA.
- Identify recurring issues and solve root causes.
- Improve onboarding, offboarding, equipment, access and support processes.
- Develop automation and self-service.
- Jira Platform
- Own Jira as an internal process platform, not just a task tracker.
- Validate Jira requests through business value, owner, impact and cost of complexity.
- Help business and infrastructure teams design scalable processes in Jira.
- InfoSec Operations
- Ensure execution of the InfoSec roadmap.
- Own access management governance together with relevant teams.
- Oversee access reviews, offboarding controls, MDM and other security controls.
- Track vulnerability remediation and security action items.
- Management Governance
- Build one operating model for HelpDesk, Jira and InfoSec.
- Define and manage priorities across teams.
- Build clear roadmaps and regular reporting.
- Manage team performance and development.
- Improve cost efficiency, license utilization and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with business units and infrastructure teams proactively.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Experience managing IT operations, HelpDesk, infrastructure or similar technical service teams.




- Experience with Jira administration or ownership of internal workflow/process platforms.
- Ability to challenge business requests and validate business value before implementation.
- Experience with automation or AI tools for internal operations.
- Understanding of InfoSec operations: access management, security controls, MDM, vulnerability management, audits, security awareness.
- Strong analytical thinking: metrics, dashboards, service analytics, cost efficiency.
- Strong service delivery mindset: SLA, ticket flows, service quality, backlog management, prioritization, CSAT.
- Good communication with business teams, non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.
- Nice to have:
- Experience managing InfoSec directly or working closely with security teams.
- Experience with DevOps, cloud infrastructure.
