Role & responsibilities

To manage the commercial, financial and compliance dimensions of campus catering operations across multiple sites and legal entities. The role owns vendor billing accuracy, contract compliance, operational data analysis, and the preparation of internal approval documentation that supports management decisions on catering matters.

This is an operations-and-controls position, not a culinary or kitchen production role. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time reconciling data, auditing vendor claims and drafting formal documents, and the remainder verifying actual service delivery on the floor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience with large institutional catering contractors (e.g. Sodexo, Compass, ISS, Elior, Krystal) in a unit finance, contract or operations role.
- Hotel cost controller background with exposure to purchase and F&B; reconciliation.
- Familiarity with FSSAI licensing requirements and HACCP principles.
- Exposure to industrial or campus catering at a scale above 10,000 meals per day.
