Key Responsibilities

* Manage manpower planning, allocation, attendance, OT, COFF, and daily production activities.
* Plan production schedules based on sales targets, job cards, and customer requirements.
* Plan raw material requirements and coordinate with Purchase for timely availability.
* Monitor production, rejection, CAPA, customer complaints, and process improvements.
* Maintain production data in FAP and Tally and update process documents/work instructions.
* Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
* Manage raw material inventory, stores documentation, dispatch, and monthly business plans.
* Ensure 5S, housekeeping, safety, and discipline across the production area.
* Coordinate with Quality, Marketing, Purchase, Development, and Maintenance teams to achieve production and KRA targets.
* Knowledge of PCB & Assembly Processes.
